Job Title: Telesales/Account Manager

Location: Harpenden

Reporting to: Sales Director

The Role:

Working for a fast growing Corporate gift company who produce branded merchandise for numerous blue chip companies.

We are presently looking for a telesales/account manager, the candidate must enjoy the buzz of the sales arena and working in a busy vibrant office. It is of primary importance to maximize potential spend for all customers, to achieve the agreed Sales Targets, and to ensure a professional and friendly relationship between colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To offer excellent customer service to your Customers, ensuring their maximum potential spend. To accept overall responsibility for these Customers on a daily basis
  • To ensure Sales Targets are achieved reporting daily to the Sales Manager. The level and mix of your target will include new business from telesales activities and cold calling
  • To attend meetings with the Sales Director or Sales Manager, to ensure maximum potential is gained from the visit
  • To report on each visit, indicating the potential for future business and creative ideas that the fit the customers requirements

Working Hours and Location:

  • Office is based in Harpenden near St Albans
  • The hours for this role are 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Flexibility is expected of the individual when peak periods occur to enable customer needs to be fulfilled within given deadlines
